Celia Armstrong
Naturalist
Celia Armstrong brings her education background to Animal Tales with 20 years teaching experience in the elementary classroom. She is the wife to Midsouth director Jeff Armstrong and mother of two children, Austin and Caroline. Their family has been educating others about exotics and farm animals for over 10 years. It has become their family’s passion to help others understand the importance and impact animals have on our lives.
Celia aids in developing curriculum and ensuring state standards are included in our highly educational school programs. She and her family work together each summer to train and plan for new animal ambassadors to join the Animal Tales programs every year. She enjoys traveling to new places and growing her faith with continued mission work in Haiti.

Be prepared to get up close and personal with animals from all over the world! Our programs don’t just lecture but involve the crowd, giving the audience members a chance to work with the animals!
We facilitate the learning experience by getting people involved in all of our programs. On top of that, every single show is unique because the animals (unlike the presenters) don’t have a script!
